Competitiveness through Cross Disciplines

Technologically Savvy

First, as a technology-company, we constantly seek for new ideas, concepts, trends and solutions for our customers. We encourage and send our staff members to various technology conferences by the Software Vendors, and begin our interview process by asking potential candidates how many books they have, for the technological positions they are applying.

But we do not solely rely upon the marketing brochures, or subscribe the preaching from the Software Vendor only. We find that, our best engineers, are never trained on one platform, operating-system, database or programming language alone, that the most prolific way to teach our junior-staff, is to place them on rotational assignments on different platforms, with variant scripting vs. procedural vs. object-oriented programming languages, so that they can, from their own triumphs and tribulations, comprehend and appreciate each technology's strength, weakness, and practical applications.

Translated into practice, our people aren't necessarily here to tell you to upgrade to the latest and greatest offerings from the Software/Hardware/Database Vendor and migrate to the latest versions at all cost. We excel, in scrutinizing large, complex, legacy systems into black-box, de-componentized modules written in different programming languages, across Servers, platforms and databases, leverage and optimize what you have, while laying out the framework (both programmatically and figuratively speaking) towards a gradual, seamless upgrade process, with no downtime, let alone, any disruption to your business users, processes and operation.
