It Began

From JAD sessions, business-analysis and knowledge-transfer to system-design and architecture, from Wire-Frame to ErWin, from Model-View-Control to Release Plan and Disaster-Recovery Planning, our founding partners had all dedicated a significant amount of time, down in the trenches, with some of the biggest traditional Onshore (such as the "Big 4" firms), and then as the time went on, managed three of the largest Offshore Indian names, across time zones. We worked hard to meet our clients' expectations, while accumulating priceless, first-handed lessons-learned of Onshore vs. Offshore practices. In short, we witnessed in each practice, what had gone wrong vs. what should have been right.

The turning point however, came during a business-trip to the China office, of one of the largest Telecommunications companies in the world, with $60 billion of market-cap. We discovered that the Indian Offshore Development companies were flooding into the Chinese market to tap into the large Chinese engineer pools. Indian wages for software-developers have increased so rapidly and Indian talent has become so scarce, that the employee attrition and turn-over has reached a feverish pace (even under the typical accounting exclusion of the 1st 30-45 days of the employment turnover).

It was then that the idea of World ZhuLu Corp. was formulated.

Our vision is to leverage our hands-on Onshore/Offshore Development and solution-providing knowledge and experience, by creating an "Onshore/Offshore Hybrid" operating model, with "Creative Design, Solution and Implementation" offices in North America and Europe, while moving the System-Development/Assembly-works into the China market where millions of engineering students will graduate in 2008.

In short, our goal is not to compete, nor become the Chinese version of BearingPoint, Accenture, PriceWaterHouseCoopers, or WiPro, Infosys, and Cognizant. We simply choose to believe that an Information-System is only as good as the Business-Process that it supports.

In clich words, we want to understand your business, help shape your business processes, and devise the most effective Information-Systems for you.

In truth, we intend to do it right, because we have been there and done that.
